Hi,

I have been to this agency last week for a new connection. I requested them to submit the papers as last time when my father had gone to submit the papers they didn't accepted that saying that I need to be there in person. When I went there they didn't even accepted my application and told me to go back.

When I told them that why they have put up "OPEN" board when there is shortage of cylinders they said that it is just like that. When I came out the owner also came out and when I asked him what was his name then he started using abusive language to which I warned him. But, he was just behaving like a new born dog.

I just want to know what kind of action you people are going to take and how I will be getting the new connection.
