Non Supply of Gas

Consumer no - 607188 / Booking date 372976 and Booking date - 14 March

Sir,

Please refer to the above details of the Gas booking which was done. I have personally been to the office to enquire about the status, as to when it would be supplied. However they were not helpful to let me know the correct date when it would be delivered.

In addition I have been to the place where they deliver the Gas to see if I can take the delivery personally, however that also was not helpful. They provided me with the name of the person who delivers the Gas, he was also not helpful.

I had waited at GM Palya (Opp to US Pizza) where the Gas is downloaded, however the person who delivers the Gas was rude and unhelpful.

I am writing to seek help to deliver the Gas, since it has been more than 30 days and the agency has been unhelpful.
