Sir,

I have been received a letter through e-mail from your side today, and any other information didn't get from Mettokkada and any other places. I hadn't serviced my car on 08/10 and not admitted at INDUS as per the letter and also revealeds that my car admitted in INDUS at Mettukkada on 25/11 only for service and not any other work I not to request it. Car was pick up for service by your Mettukkada mechanic Sri Sivakumar as per my request and I have given Rs.200/- extra for him, at evening the same day he requested Rs.2300/- for extra work I wanted the cash bill then he returned and together with bill and collect the cash from me.

Hence I request re-funded the said amount of unnecessery work which not claimed by me at the earliest for trusting the company in future me with my group.
