ISSUES IN GIVING AGREEMENT, NOT PROFESSIONAL

Booked residential plots more than 6 months ago. We paid 30% agreement amount. Now we call them everyday but they do not respond is positive. Everytime we call they say, you agreement will be ready in next two days. We have been trying to make sure we get agreement, but we get to hear different story from different employee everytime. There is hardly anyone who seems to be responsible or interested in giving concrete reply. The only people we can get in touch with are marketing or their manager, who feels it is not their responsibility. Visited their office couple of times, but came back with assurances that it will be sent to us. But till today in last 6 months nothing has come out. This company seems to be very unprofessional. Now I am trying to take back my money, but even for that I do not see any response. KIndly suggest how to deal with them or how to get money back or how to get agreements done. People here are not so professional, rude. It is not really worth the time to deal with them with this kind of setup. I am scared of loosing my money now. Below are their contacts.
