Please revert my balance in my account

Hi

I have paid the amount for My electricity bill on 8th march... i paid 1500 through Citibank Online payment

But its not reflecting in Eseva nor Apcpdcl Website...

I paid the amount and also my Sc -number is R3009041

Please check into this and revert my 1500 in my Electricity account... its not getting reflected in my account...

please solve this ASAP...
