Compalint against encoachment, unauthorized construction, sewerage and water pipe line on property no.-2990, Gali Chakki Wali, Mori Gate, Delhi-6.

It is to bring to your kind information that I am Mohan Lal; owner of property No.-2990, Gali Chakki Wali, Mori Gate, Delhi-6. My neighbors Laxmi Narayan, Jeevan Dass and Bhagwan Dass has converted temporary tin shed to pucca floor violating all the rules. After that he has constructed roof and walls on that. In this process he has blocked our window and covered a floor in front of our premises. Further he is in the process of building second floor on this unauthorized structure. Due to this, our ventilation and natural light has blocked.

We had requested Laxmi Narayan, Jeevan Dass and Bhagwan Dass to bring back the position of above mentioned structure in original state but they refused for same. Also they harassed and threatened us.

After this we lodged a telephonic complaint to police (at 100) on 11 am on 4/7.

Police has visited the venue but no action has been taken and we haven’t received the copy of FIR also.

In view of above circumstances it is humbly requested to look into the matter sympathetically and take appropriate proceeding as per law. Please demolish the unauthorized construction and protect the life of me and my family members.
