Appartment using as a service appratment and not getting tenents

Dear sir

I had purchased an appratment in udupi. After completion I had given it to the rent. Now builder had taken all the houses except mine from the other owners for rent and started Service appartment illigally. Due to this my tenent started telling he will leave the house and I am not getting others also. As the builder taken all the permisson from authority as hose construction and he is using it for commercial.

Can anyone to give me the guidance how to move ahead and stop this

As other owners are at gulf and USA and australia are not bother about the rent coming. we are the sufferer
