Flat booked in the year May 30th

We have booked (Suresh K Palloor and Deepa K Suresh) a one bed room hall kitchen flat called Apple Ice K114, 11th floor, 550 Sq. Ft. Area in the month of May 30th according to the new paper advertisement (Malayala Manoramma date 29/30th full page advertisement) booked at Calicut. We are settled in Mumbai last 20 years. Last 10 days we were read out in the new paper about the absconding the MD / Director's of Apple a Properties Pvt. Ltd. and lot of problems about the project. We have sent a complaint letter to the Palarivattam Police Station, addressed Inspector of Police, Cochin on 26th May. We have paid around 7 Lac and remaining amount of Rs. 5 Lac as Housing Loan for that we have given all the original document which they have given and along with our loan supporting papers to Mr. Amit and Vijesh (Employee of Apple a properities). Now we are having only xerox copy of the agreements and receipts.
