Excess isd charges

Dear sir

I am using our bsnl prepaid for very long time of my no. 94436 80989, for the past two months my isd charges was rapid, when I use to call srilanka 10/- per minitues and sometimes when it rings the charges are colledted, I infirmed many times in 1503, 1506, etc no proper response bcos they donot know. Pls do immediate action. Pls infm ur staff to work atleast for their salary, if not the money is not worth for them. suffered manytimes in cellone prepaid customer care of their irrresponsibility
