Bharatmatrimony
Deficiency in service

I had renewed the Registration with Bharatmatrimony for my son Rahul Nair (Registration No. E 2048907) against a special package offered by Bharatmatrimony wherein for Rs.2990/- they will upgrade the registration to next level and provide 100 astromatch service. But they failed in their commitment and did not provide me with 100 astromatch service. I have been writing to Bharatmatrimony since long but everytime I get a reply that the matter is under investigation. The renewal is valid for 90 days and they have already spent about 10 days in this respect. Hence the party should standby its commitment and provide me the service that is not offered yet.
