Payment deducted from bank but not reflected in merchant account

Hi

I have made an online payment through chavaramatrimony.com of Rs.3745/- on 07.07.2012 5.35PM. Amount deducted from bank and i received sms alert and also this transaction reflected in my bank statement. But merchant (chavaramatrimony.com) says, its not received fund to their account. I didnt get a proper reply from them. What can I do now? Please help.
