Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform that my engagement ceremony was fix on 23rd January and i have booked an photographer, Rupam Studio, Ambernath. On the day of engagement, the photographer and video shooting person come with us, travelled in our vehicle, taken all the video and photos. But after the 15 days of marriage, my marriage happen on 25th January... he said that he lost the Cassate and so the CD. My lovely memories of my engagement has lost..after complainng he is saying that ..now mistake has done what we can done now... he is saying that his camerman has lost the CD and now that they cant do anything. Now i am following up- since last 3 month..but no result..

this is my request to consumer forum that pls take necessary action and get me back CD or i want compensation...
