Website not working in India

Dear customer care of www.tagged.com...

I would like to know that since 11/05 morning I am not able to use tagged website it doesnt even open the sign up page . and the error it shows are... website taking too long to open (timed out) or the server could be busy try later... or server maybe down... pls let me know if tagged is banned in India as there are rumours abt it..pls also let me know when the site will be working in India. I have so many friends at your website..pls notify the problem... and let me know when it will be the server working in India..my email id to the website is lion.girl58@yahoo.com... plss notify me at my said email address...
