Payment Pending

It is an advertisement company based on europe. we will have to pay 5000 INR for every membership ID, we will get 2000 INR for browsing payment for every ID (2000 Browsing) for month. Initially I joined (August) i referal my friends for 4 ID then I got 25, 000 INR (Browsing Payment 5members x3 Months = 30, 000). I given pay out on SEPTEMBER 26 and OCTOBER 25, NOVEMBER 23. So I had pending payment of 30, 000 INR, Still I did not get any payment throught this company franchise (EUROPAY ASSOCIATES, COIMBATORE). Not this company give advertisement/message throught their website. They will change the franchisee from 22 NOVEMEMBER 2009 (EUROPAY ASSOCIATES TO GLOBAL ASSOCIATES). I had spend more time for working this job and also I invested 25, 000. I have very frustrating, who will be pay this money either EUROPAY ASSOCIATES or This company Franchisee.
