Horrible Service and Worst Attitude

Beware People who are approaching services from this store.

The owner of the store K.M. Srinivas who thinks he is doing a great business by assuring people of quick delivery for Boutique services. Let me tel you one of the incidents that happened to my relatives, this store accepted an order on the 02nd Feb and assured to deliver it in 7 days took 21 days and yet an incomplete work and didn't revert without couple of people visiting the store and demanding to deliver the expensive sarees worth 50k, only on repeated attempts did they get their valuable sarees. the owner thinks he is doing a great service to the community.

Some of the reasons quoted by the owner were, no power, non-availability of thread, death in labor's family, so on...

Request the forum to take such shops to task and levy some fine for their careless attitude, not sure if he is paying taxes, as he is not aware of consumer's rights.
