NON RECIEPT OF ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHS

I the Consumer, wants to Complaint against the owner of Ginni Studio which provides wedding services regarding Photographs. My daughter engagement was on 7.10.11 and its now 11.06.12 we have not received any videos nor Photographs. This takes at most 3 months after occasion but in our case 8 months have passed and we have not received any thing. They have taken 5000Rs. advance and we have been requesting them since 6 months. Its over the Veins now they always say we'll give in 3-4 days... we want the jury to take strict action against them... and provide us our photographs. PLEASE TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
