Amount of Rs. 2195 debited

Dear Sir,

I have done a transaction of Rs. 2195 through HDFC netbanking. Just after the transaction the web page showed "Error in transaction".

But at the same time I have got sms alert that amount of Rs. 2195 have been debited from my account. I have checked my account and it shows there is deduction of Rs. 2195 with transaction ID - CCA11FCBM719-Avenues India Ltd, reference no - 605201946 on 05/06 at 20.16 PM.
