Excess billing

Dear Sir,

I have been using credit card since last 4 years and payment has been made regualrely, last month i have paid all the bills which was used by me, today i have SMS statating balance of amout duel Rs.292.57

i could not understand what is going on why, extra amount has been charged when payment has been made fully. My card No.4317575064652382
