Ignorance after taking fees

A lady named " Mayuri Mehta" contact no. " 919819683922" from mumbai giving her ads of as wedding consultant who takes fees from boy's or girl's parents and helps them with the biodata of the opposite sides

She met my mom talked very sweetly as we contacted her for getting some biodata of boys reading her ads in mumbai samachar newspaper

She took her fees at the 1st meeting with my mom and said she has lots of biodata of boys and will keep giving us every week whatever biodata she keep on getting and that time gave us few biodata.

and soon after that week she stoped contact with us

never answers our cals

has no landline no.

if we call from other no. tells us there is no biodata as with your requirements and tells us dont irritate me and says " appke layak kuch nahi hai "and keeps the call

its happpening from last 4months

her behaviour is very bad

please if some one can make her realise her resposibility and the cheat which she is doing with us
