Against Open Party Lawns in Vaishali

Dear Sir

In terms of THE NOISE POLLUTION (REGULATION AND CONTROL) RULES, a loud speaker or a public address system shall not be used at night (between 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.) except in closed premises for communication within, e.g. auditoria, conference rooms, community halls and banquet halls.

We are residing in Ramprastha Greens, Sector 7, Vaishali, Ghaziabad (UP) adjoining to Mannat Farm House/ Ramprastha Farm Houses. This are all open party lawns and are in violation of the above said rule daily. It is very difficult to sleep in such noisy environment.

We request you to look into the matter and please do the need ful at your end.
