Missed my one chance to attend the exam

I am Working in Saudi Arabia, I am attend my schfs exam & failed the first chance, then second time i am goigg to pay the money for second chance the prometric center staff told your second chance also missed, in our computer sees u have atted the exam, but i did not attend the exam they also know i did not attend, they told we did not know what happed What can I do?
