Vary vary bad services from reliance customer care they has no't know how to activate amazing facts.

i call to call center somy time *333; they activeted wrong pack.sir i am calling since one month back but the problem was not handle.what is the reason.after that i dial 198 and asked to avtivate amazing facts but activated wrong pack.and these was continious.but not this only they give me wrong procedure.please do needfull.
