Hi,

Just before few days back I had registered with anycastematrimony.com

Today I was sending a formal message to a girl. In the message I had mentioned the shadi.com.

Due to this they had suspended my account. I called them for this reason. They ask me to send the email.

Which I did. But now they sent me email stating that I should sent them email again and should give them assurance in writing that I will never take the name of shadi.com again as they are business rivals.

This means I should appologies them? For no reason

This is highly unethical. Requesting you to please take the action so in future they will not do this with anyone else
