Forfieture and deniel to return my fees

Hello,

i am a student of ca, 3 years back i had joined a computer course with aptech computers of 2 years, and during those 2 years i had paid total 84000rs aprox. in installments. after some time i found that the institute is a sham and the syllabus which they r supposed to complete in 3 month (trimester) they actually take more than a year. now after 3 years they have just finished the portion of not even 1 year. so i after so many years decided that i would not like to continue the coures and take the refund of the course which i have not done or which is still pending. but they have only one thing to say that u have signed a code of conduct while enrolling. let me inform u that this institute has made several changes like

1. i took admission in santacruz branch, but after a year they changed the office and shifted it to andheri without my consent

2. while discussing with them regarding refund they even offered me that they can give the certificates even without coming for lectures and giving exams.

i request you to take action against this fraudulent institute and bring them to justice
