APTECH - MALVIYA NAGAR
NON RECEIPT OF CERTIFICATE

My daughter Shreya Nair has done a computer course (Advance M.S. Office) from one of the franchisees of Aptech Mumbai. The franchisee's address is B-43, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, Near Aurobindo College, New Delhi -110017. Tel - 40580584.

Shreya completed the above said course August. She was told by the institute owner " Mr. Sumit" that the certificate would be given to her by December. But she has not recieved the same. Now we are calling every now & then but our calls are all in vain. We are just assured of false promises that the certificate will be recieved in 15 days time. We have been following as per the time told by them but the answer remains the same 15 days.

Now the owner of the institute has stopped picking up our calls as well.

Please suggest us what should we do to get the Certificate?
