Non refund of fees by college

I Prateek Sai Dutt, s/o Shri Vikram Jeet Singh got admission in Aravali College of Engineering and Technology in B, TECH. 1st year in E.C.E. Stream on 18.07.2010 by paying the fees for 1st semester through cheque for Rs 53840/- . Later I also got admission in Manav Rachna College of Engineering which is quite near to our place of residence. Hence I applied for cancellation of my admission and refund of fees as per A.I.C.T.E. rules on 25.09.2010. A registered letter was also sent on 26.09.2010 to the college and an E-Mail was also sent. After repeated reminders and phone calls and promises from their side that the refund would be made soon. i have not received the refund up till now. Now I am compelled to write to you.
