Negligence to study and mis conduct

I am the student of Arena Moradabad pursuing a Diploma course in animation engineering (DAE). Our curriculum includes numerous softwares out of which few are not taught to us despite of continuous reminding. The softwares are Zbrush, Sketchbookpro, Animation harmony, Digital Painting, etc. Moreover, softwares which have been done like Video editing premier are not tauhgt properly. Besides, Stop motion animation, one of the most important topic in animation has been completely negleted.

The behaviour and conduct of faculty members has been inappropriate and irresponsible. Moreover, the incharge of the branch Mrs. & Mr. Dhawan never respond to any complain and they misbehave with the concerning students which is very demoralizing.

The course duration was 18 months for a fee of Rs. 2.7 lacs. But the course duration is stretching and increasing. Now its almost have been 28 months which i is our time and money wastage. Its my humble request to the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible because it is the common public whose time, money and mental peace is on stake.
