Complaint about re-assessment of the papers

Respected Sir

I appeared for my Bsc. I.T exams this year. My 6th sem results were declared in august. I was shocked to see that I got a K.T in 2 subjects, in which I never expected to fail. I had given it for reval but was again shocked to see that they had lowered my mrks from 30 to 28. If I had got 2 marks I would have passed but they had lessened it. Also when i had got my 5th sem results I was shocked to see my result coz I had got 40 in all the 5 subjects. Not only I was shocked bt whoevr saw it were shocked. I had given for reval at that time too for 2 subjects in wich I had good expectations coz the reval fees is 500 per paper and I cant afforb to give all the paper for reval, bt of no use they displayed the result showing 1 mark less and one mark more in d subjects. After two months I got a letter from university saying that there was no change in the marks of the subjects I had applied for. Bt i have nt got the photocopy of any of the papers. If I want it now then what is the procedure for it?
