Egarding fraud with students

I am a student of M. Pharma, Rajiv Academy for Pharmacy, Mathura. I have given 5000 rupees to Sushil kumar Gupta (Director of Atis Business School, laxmi nagar, Delhi) for doing the project training in Ranbaxy laboratories, Gurgaon. But he had not fullfilled his promise and now he is not giving my money. Kindly help me out. This fraud man is destructing the life of students.
