Efund of money

I was filling the admission form for the UPES (UNIVERSITY OF PETROLEUM AND ENERGY STUDIES). while making payment for first time, some technical problem occured and payment couldnot be made but Rs. 1600/- was debited from my account.second time it was successful;

the details of failed transaction is as follows:

- POS 103277820172, Jrnl. No.-557830000 date- 01.02.2011.

so plz look into the matter and refund the money as soon as possible.
