Aztech Computers
No books facility

Dear sir,

I am Bhaskar Joshi O Level student from DOEACC and my study centre is Aztech Computers. I am facing a problem from many days with Aztech institute and no solution yet found after visits and contact with counselor and Manager so I finally decide to write and communicate to higher authority. I have enrolled for O level course with the Library facility and I have already paid fee for Library Membership for my O Level DOEACC

Course to ensure that no books problem ever I found. Recently DOEACC has revised its O level syllabus and this was not informed to me as it was very important issue but Aztech institute had never took it seriously to informed its student but time to time I have received many other promotional SMS from them except this. I am eligible for getting my course material as per revised syllabus for my O Level but due to Aztech Manager and staff behavior I am unable for getting the same.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest as my exams are coming. If possible kindly do penalty or ban such kind of Institute running for just earning money.
