Cheating in the name of Education

I gave Rs 10, 000 at Kangaroo wings for Internet Marketing course. The demo class was good. So, I joined the course. Then after giving the half payment, I started facing problems. I was told that the class would be of 2 hours duration. To my surprise, it was only of 30-35 minutes. The teacher was almost missing from the class. When I asked for refund, I was told that the fees would be non refundable. And moreover, now they are denying to give me the classes. I have wasted my Rs 10, 000. They are saying that they have an office in New york but the lady sitting at the reception is wearing so many hats. The hats she is wearing is of a counsellor, lawyer, faculty arranger, receptionist, proprietor. Even the visiting card of the institute carries the trainer's name only. They are making people fool by telling that they have office in New york. It is a hard earned money and I want that there should be no cheating in the name of education atleast. They are saying we will call the police and they have contacts with IPS officer.

I hope my problem will be solved.
