Name change on CONVOCATION CERTIFICATE

My name is PHILOMENA FERNANDES (same is mention in my passport) I have completed my Bcom in the year 2008 from Bangalore University.

In all my mark sheets from 1st sem to 6th semester B com & even in my CONVOCATION CERTIFICATE (received on july) name is mentioned as PHILOMINA FERNADES . (first name I is mentioned instead of E & in last name N is missing)

Should i get my name corrected in all my cerificates? will i have any problem if i dont change, since m working in abroad.
