Evaluation result and markscard not yet received

I appeared in 2008 6th sem.and applied for revaluation for one of the paper.but havent received the result yet.so i gave the documents to one of the employee in the University.but now he doesnt pick up my calls anymore.i dont know how to find him.i have given him money (6k) too as he said i need to pay fine for there was a problem in my internal marks.but everyhthing seems to be in vain and i have lost so many years waiting for my markscard.i cant even proceed with my studies.i would be very thankful if this site can help me in any ways.i will give you my details (reg no. and stuffs) once u reply me.im so helpless.plz contact me through my email..thanks in advance..
