NIMS Cheated me & taken full fee of my B.E (janak puri branch) Fast track fees

Dear Sir,

I feel that National Institute of Management solution is cheated me & fraud institute

I have Taken Addmission in NIMS (National Institute of Management Solution) at (Janak puri) branch in March In B.E Fast Track couse for 6 Months,

i have deposited full fees of Rs 42, 500/after consetion fee to the institute through cash, I have all the proof, in 2part.

Aftre submitting full fees they did't reply me nor send me any course related books nor question papers to me & i have called every where till janak puri office-(Add-b1/1 janak puri, above Andhra bank new delhi-110058) Website-nimsedu.org too, but they are not reply me nor attending my any calls, i have taken addmissin through Mr. Deepak Singh employee of NIMS janak puri Branch, now his phone being switched off since November 09

when i called to janak puri office then they said there is no information about ur addmission, & how will we help u & they always disconnect my call. Ms Rajeev Kr.who was the head there, deny that she is not an employee in NIMS & i have dial a wrong Number. NO-45595300

They people really cheaters & just playing with students future just for money.

So pls help me out & how i will get my full fee money back from them.

Please do needful & please guide me for further claim procedure.
