Salary issue and relieving letter pending

Hi,

Myself Dipika Pradhan working as Senior Lecturer in Bhubaneswar Engineering college, koustuv group

I submitted my resignation on 23rd of Jan but till today I am waiting for my full and final settlement, and also my relieving letter which is unfortunately not done so far. Pending salary for the month of December and January. Everytime management saying will get after 10 days

Could someone guide me how to take legal support.
