BM of Mahindra coaching is not ready to refund coution money

Actually i had deposited my fees for a particular course in mahendra coaching institute and they also took few amount as a caution money for which they had mention as a refundable, but at the time of refunding they are not ready to refund that amount with showing many T&C which they had not displayed at the time of admission, It seems they are not willing to release the money for any of the student,
So, I request you to help me to get my money back
