FAKE CERTIFICATE GANG

Respected sir,

I am from Uttar-Pradesh and secretary of a NGO.Here i would

like to say that there is a person MANGEY RAM @ MANISH PRATAP in TIMARPUR P.O- AZADPUR, DELHI-9, who is running fake education board and

cheating thousands of students and earns 50-60 lakhs per month. He distributes fake educational certificates of 10th, 12th, Polytechnic, MBBS and other courses.

Here i have already sent e-mail to DELHI POLICE but there is no action against him.
