Diploma Certificate not get

Hello Sir/Madam

I passed my diploma from Ambedkar Polytechnic in 07 but i did not get my diploma cerificate till yet. I have lost my 2 jobs only because of cetificate.

Because of Diploma certificate i am not only uable to take take opportunity but also unalbe to extend my study as well. please give proper Guide to make my feature better. please give me better suggestion for this trouble.
