For refound the training fee

Sir i had submitted the 10000 rs in bonti corprate services pvt ltd in indore office date of 09/09 and they had tolled to me we are provide the three month training and after that we will provide the job in bonti corporate service pvt ltd at the time of submitted the fee they had provide the offer latter of that particular company but due to some time they did not provide any type of training and not provide the job. When i was go to office for getting my fee for training. I saw that their is no one is present. So I called to mr sunil maheshwari sir because i was submitted the fee of training to that particular persion. They tolled me we have closed the office because our company bindup is break from bcs tech bangloer when i call the mr sunil maheshwari who are the head of bonti services pvt ltd of indore office they always say that wait for some day .and i am waiting to three month but they are not refound my fee.
