Insisiting on buying things which we not require (right to choice is denied)

Sir/Madam

MVN school has asked to buy books for new session from SCF 92 Sector-17 Faridabad.

But the shopkeeper is insisting on buying other stationary like copy cover and name stickers and that too at a very high rate. He is saying if you don't buy covers and stickers than you can't buy books from here.

He is also saying to buy whole set of copies and is not returning some copies

So some action should be taken against him
