Wrong Delievery of Important Documents

Dear Sir,

I have posted very important documents (original certificates) by speed post from Pilibhit, Head Post office on the 11th of dec. The receipt no. is SPEU382001122IN. Unfortunately the documents have not yet reached to the destination i.e Ganjdundwara (Distt Kasganj, earlier was in dist Etah). I've tried tracking from the internet but could get only information that the post was wrongly delievered somewhere in Kasganj. Not only this I have gone many times in Pilibhit and Kasganj bothe the post offices but still no action could be seen in this regard. It is a matter of great shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department. I, once again, hereby, request the concerned department to kindly look into the matter and let me know the status immediately.
