Brilliant tutorials, head office chennai said that they have sent the study materials on 27th of august by registered post (Docket no. 6408). But i didn't get any study materials till 09 September and as said by the customer care that they will reissue another dispatch by now, which is also not done till 09 september. I've been trying to call Brilliant Tutorials head office chennai but no one is picking up the phone and the online customer care are not authoritative to answer my question.
Please take a serious action against it.
