Study material not received Web page for online test not opening

I have enrolled my son for 2 year online test series for IIT, AIEEE at Brilliant Tutorials in their program Elite 2013.

My so received 2 packets of study material. He was supposed to take 3 tests in 11th std. & many more in 12th std. But since April we can not reach Brilliant Tutorials through phone neither can one open thier webpage for online exams. Today when I saw they are not even taking classes. We have paid an amount of Rs.11659/ through Demand draft as fees for this course. What can we do about this? we should get our money back.

Please guide us.
