I enrolled my daughter for IIT Elite 2013 correspondence course in April - Roll No. EELB1300077 - after paying

Rs. 16, 555 /- . Three packets of study material were received in 2011 itself - Module Nos. 1 to 6. She appeared for

the online version of PET II in February. No further study materials have been received yet - Module No. 7 onwards.

Now she tried to appear for online PET III whose last date is mentioned as 10.05.2012 on the website but the link to

the test page is gone. Several unanswered phone calls & e-mails later we realized that we have been cheated. What

should be my next course of action? Please suggest.
