They only asking money, they not sent stady meterials, time table for exam, money money

I am anoop i regested bsc hotel manegement & tourisom (371).en:3710800544.in2008 stady senter (51) keral kaloor.but he pay that money very late thats why my registeration don only2009 .after i called one month regarding my stady meterials.he told me 100 excuces.fainally i got 2009 last my stady metireyal in the last of 2009 i paid secont year full fee. but still now i didnot get my stady meteriyal. now 2010 they asking last year fee!!! real fact is i did not wrot my exam.they did not inform stady class time table... what i can for this please help me!!!
