Land line is not working properly

Sir,

I am consumer bearing land line number 0674-2553122 would like to lodge a complaint that my land line number is not working properly.

The problem is that from out side number there is ring but at the same time my phone is not ringing. Therefore other know that my phone is ok but we are not receiving any out side call science 1 month.
