Mr. Partha Ghosh, Director of camalia Engineering College, baichi, Hooghly, has taken Rs.1 Lakh from me with the false assurence of getting me admitted at their College which is well equipped with updated equipments and facilities. He did not provide us the Money receipt against Rs. 1 Lakh and when we asked for the Money Receipt he told us that as the amount would be adjusted with the admission fees, so money receipt is not necessary. Before taking money from us he motived us with the readymade as well as attractive Pictures of Baichi Engineering College on their Office Computer but when we visited the College we came to know that thre are far difference in between the picture Display on Computer and the reality.

Next when we asked him to refund the deposited amount and submitted an application asking for refund of the deposited amount&- he got the application received putting a rubber stamp of the CAMALIA, "RECEIVED BUT CONTENTS NOT VERIFIED".

After this Mr. Ghosh and his co staff are continuously avoiding us by not receiving our phone call, sometimes by giving us false dates for refunding the amount, sometimes made us wait for a long time in their Office

but not meeting us, etc.

So now I am requesting you to do needful as I may get back my deposited amount at the earliest because I have already hot admission in another Engineering College after taking loan from my relatives and friends.

I am requesting for my deposited amount with the updated banking interest to repay my personal loan.
