EPF Account not created but PF has been deducted from salary

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Provident Fund (PF) have been deducted from my salary since I joined the institute for almost three years that is from 13th Sept to 19th Nov. But my PF account number has not been given ever since I left the institute.

So, please advice me regarding the way to recover my PF amount deducted so far.
