Car Battery
Attery not in working condition

I, Dr. Kuldeep Singh, purchased a car battery from Varanasi Traders, Gilat Bazar, shivpur, Varanasi, for my Bolero car in Aug. 20th in 2009. but my battery was not working from Sept. at the time of purchase it was said by retailer that the guarantee is 18 months. but now he says only prodata option is left for you and you will pay 65% of the price of new battery your old battery is the cost for new battery.

dear sir as per the name and fame of exide it is not good in listening like this...
